Ty our new Spinlates fitness class this winter! the class is 30 minutes of fast paced spin action and 30 minutes of core-strength. Get the aerobic benefits of spin with the body toning of Pilates! Class ll be offered Tues/Thurs. at 9:15 a.m. and taught by Cindy Chase. Register:
