GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

All requests must be submitted online through this Membership/Daily Pass Donation Form. Request will be evaluated on a first come first serve basis, although the request must fall into one of four defined categories:

CHARITABLE EVENTS/ORGANIZATIONS:
To qualify there must be a direct benefit to the charity or persons served by the charity or charitable event. For example passes requested for Wichita Boys and Girls Club members would qualify but passes requested to be given to an organization's employees participating in a charitable fundraising drive would not.

BUSINESS:
To qualify the business must be licensed within the State of Kansas and must be family friendly. The business must be utilizing the daily passes/membership certificate to promote a charitable activity, charitable organization, fund raiser, or some other similar event/organization.

EDUCATION:
Requests from accredited public and private education facilities will be considered.

MILITARY:
Requests from all branches of the military will be considered.
